Shipping: Items are shipped First Class USPS, usually within 3 days of receiving confirmation of payment.
For orders within the U.S. I will e-mail you a USPS tracking number when your order is shipped. International orders will be shipped First Class International. Tracking as well as any additional duties or customs fees incurred are not included on international orders.
Payments: Secure online ordering through PayPal. Major credit cards are accepted.
Sizes: Please be sure to specify ring sizes when ordering. Bracelets are 6 1/2" long, a bit smaller than standard. If you would like a different length, feel free to note that in the messages to seller section.
Allergies? No worries. The Shimmering Shack is a smoke, perfume, & pet free environment.

Returns: I feel confident that you will be happy with your items from the Shack. However, please note that rings & custom sized bracelets are not returnable as they are made to order. Other items may be returned within 10 days of receipt with prior approval from Shimmering Shack. Please contact me before shipping your return. Refunds will only be issued on pre-approved items received in new condition in their original packaging. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
